Eligibility Requirements
New applicants can receive past‑due rent (arrears) and up to 3 months future rent. Covered utilities: electricity, gas, water, internet, phone, cable.

- ID.me verification (prevents fraud)
- U.S. citizen or qualified non‑citizen
- Valid rental agreement or lease
- Reside in the United States

- Income at or below area median
